HO CHI MINH CITY， Nov. 14 (Xinhua) -- Vietnam's Ho Chi Minh City has just detected three new cases of Zika virus， increasing the total in the city to 38 and in the country to 46， the municipal Health Department announced Monday.
Among the three new cases， two are from District 2 and one from Binh Thanh District. To date， 13 out of 24 rural and urban districts of Ho Chi Minh City have had Zika patients.
Among five pregnant women recently infected with Zika virus， one from the city's District 12 has just given a baby， but the baby has not suffered from microcephaly.
Vietnam has so far reported 46 Zika patients， including 38 from Ho Chi Minh City， two in Dak Lak and Binh Duong provinces each， and one in Khanh Hoa， Phu Yen， Long An and Ba Ria Vung Tau provinces each. Enditem

U.S. President Barack Obama issued a statement Monday afternoon on the passing of Brady, expressing condolences to his family.

Brady had served as Reagan's press secretary for only 69 days. When he accompanied the president to a speech at a Washington hotel on March 30, 1981, a man opened fire, attempting to shoot Reagan, and a bullet hit Brady in the head.

Riyadh - A former employee of a US defence contractor shot dead one American colleague and wounded another in the Saudi capital Tuesday, officials said, in a rare attack on Westerners in the kingdom.
The alleged shooter Air Max 95 Sale Mens , Abdulaziz Fahad Abdulaziz Alrashid, 24, ""worked at the same company as the victims, and was recently dismissed from his job due to drug related issues,"" Riyadh's embassy in Washington said in a statement.
A United States diplomat identified the gunman as a disgruntled former employee of Vinnell Arabia.
The victims of Tuesday's petrol station shooting in Riyadh also worked at Vinnell Arabia Air Max 90 Sale Mens , the diplomat said, ruling out terrorism as a possible motive for the attack.
Vinnell Arabia provides training for the Saudi Arabian National Guard.
US State Department spokeswoman Jen Psaki confirmed one American was killed and a second was ""lightly injured"".
